If I was stranded on an island and could have a lifetime supply of one thing it would be always flex foam pads. I used them after having my baby and even surgery so I've really tested them to the max and they never fail. I've had times where I wasn't able to get to a restroom for many hours because sometimes I go paralyzed and have to wait for someone to come help me to the restroom but they never leak or feel gross. Its absorbent so you don't get that omg it's going to spill feeling. It has a light lovely scent to it. They fit perfectly and the glue holds it in place no matter what you're doing.
