I was SO disappointed when it arrived. Two of the legs had gouges large enough to show raw wood. There is a metal protrusion on the inside storage area that I had to cover with duct tape to avoid ripping anything (including my hand) when using the area. Then there's the fabric. The cover had a spot that looks like it's about to rip, plus dark marks that look like pen marks. The most disappointing aspect is that the patterned fabric on the seat does NOT line up with the bench as shown in the picture, making the workmanship look very unprofessional. Finally, the instructions said that a phillips screwdriver would be needed for assemble instructions not included ... There was no invoice or return instructions included, and a bench of this size is just too darned much trouble to unassemble and send back.
